Because our products are customized, non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer full refunds once a first draft has been delivered.

Instead, we guarantee your satisfaction through our revision process:

• Unlimited/Included Revisions: Every resume package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within 14 calendar days of receiving your first draft.

• Revision Scope: Revisions cover formatting tweaks, phrasing adjustments, highlighting specific achievements, and tailoring content. Revisions do not include rewriting the document for an entirely different career path or target job role not disclosed in the initial intake form.
